Getting Started with Zerto 10

This introductory technical lab is perfect for those looking to get up and running with Zerto 10 for the first time.

It includes installation of the Zerto Virtual Manager Appliance and initial configuration in a VMware vSphere environment, as well as setting up protection of VMs in a Virtual Protection Group and proving that protection with a failover test.

Users will learn first-hand how easy it is to get started with the latest version of Zerto's solution and its always-on, continuous replication.

Managing Protection

Managing Protection With Zerto 10

Move beyond the basics in this intermediate lab focused on advanced settings and full run-throughs of the major recovery operations.

Learners will use Zerto 10 with VMware vSphere to look into features such as pre-seed and re-IP before practicing restores, failovers, tests, and moves. The lab also focuses on ransomware and uses a real infection to practice recovery using Zerto without paying a ransom or losing files. 

Managing Protection with Zerto is ideal for those looking to take their learning to the next level and explore how Zerto delivers continuous availability with best-in-class protection, recovery, and orchestration.

Up and Running with Zerto 10 for Azure


Get started with Zerto 10.0 and Microsoft Azure by learning how to deploy a Zerto Cloud Appliance and create a VPG replicating to Azure.

Learners will practice multiple disaster recovery functionalities utilizing Azure blobs, failing over to Azure, and migrating out of Azure. 

Note: This lab assumes minimal familiarity with Microsoft Azure, but some familiarity with Zerto and vSphere. You will not need a paid account or subscription with Azure to complete this lab.

Learners will practice protection to AWS, setting up and restoring from an S3 repository, and then try two key recovery operations: a failover test and move operation. 

Note: This lab assumes minimal familiarity with AWS, but some familiarity with Zerto and vSphere. You will not need a paid account with AWS to complete this lab.
