Zerto CEO promotes relief programs for communities and businesses

As the threat of COVID-19 continues to grow and we become increasingly isolated, I wanted to take this opportunity to connect as a company and community. Between the frightening statistics, social distancing, and market volatility, it is more important than ever that we stand in solidarity in the face of this pandemic. While we may not be able to gather in person, we still have opportunities to serve and show kindness. And the resilience of the human spirit that I’ve personally witnessed recently surfaces the importance of helping and serving others when it truly matters.

I personally extend my gratitude to every member of the resilient Zerto family that has shown generosity in this difficult time. I’m humbled by the acts of empathy I’ve witnessed and moved to action by your example. To that end, we are giving back as a company through outreach programs, donations, and by doing what we do best—protecting business-driving and life-saving data no matter the circumstances.

First, we are indebted to those on the frontline: local healthcare, government, food supply and other organizations. These organizations provide a vital function in protecting our communities, so Zerto is announcing a new program, we are offering our IT Resilience solution free for six months to organizations on the frontlines of this pandemic. Many of these organizations are seeing their infrastructure pushed to its limits by this crisis, and we want to help by protecting their mission-critical data and assist in their workload migration to help ease their burden. Please visit our site for more information about this offer.

Second, we are all in this together, and we must rally together to help our communities. Zerto is matching donations to the No Kid Hungry organization that provides healthy food to children every day. As many children who rely on school-provided meals are now at home, this service is more essential than ever, so please consider donating what you are able.

Together, we can see it through this difficult time. I welcome your feedback if there are additional organizations or programs we can help support.
