Winners will be determined by total number of likes and comments across Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook (must be follower of Zerto on the platform!) on their meme entry, as evaluated at the end of the submission period. Authors may only win one prize, though they can share as many memes as they wish! Unique memes created by the same author will be counted as separate entries eligible for winning.
By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the Zerto may use, repost, and publish entries. Meme authors will be credited if/when their entries are used.
Contest Terms and Conditions
The following offer terms and conditions apply:
- This Offer will run from February 17, 2021 through March 19, 2021 (the “Registration Period”). All meme submissions must be submitted during the Registration Period and fulfill the following criteria (“Eligible Submissions”) : (i) entrant must not be a Zerto employee or immediate family member of a Zerto employee; (ii) entrant must be a resident of the United States or Canada at the time of submission; (iii) entrant must share the meme on social media using all of the following hashtags: #Recordish, #backup, #RecordishMemeContess, and tag @Zerto; (iv) entrant must like and follow the Zerto page for the channels you are sharing on (Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or Facebook); and (v) entrant must submit the form ( located at: https://www.zerto.com/meme-contest/) with his/her entry and valid contact information.
- Offer winners will be chosen by March 31, 2021. First place winner will be chosen from Eligible Submissions and will receive a gift card valued at $100 USD and gift items valued at $50. Second place winner will be chosen from Eligible Submissions and will receive a gift card valued at $50 USD and gift items valued at $30. Third place winner will be chosen from Eligible Submissions and will receive a gift card valued at $25 USD.
- Please allow up to thirty (30) days delivery for the prizes, subject to any delays in delivery which are out of Zerto’s control.
- The prizes are non-refundable for cash.
- The prizes are personal and may not be transferred to any other third-party.
