Ziv Kedem is founder and Chief Executive Officer for Zerto. He leads the company’s corporate direction and vision. Previously, he co-founded Kashya Inc., now EMC RecoverPoint, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and developed the industry’s most widely used storage replication solution for disaster recovery. Prior to founding Kashya, Ziv co-founded a successful outsourcing business, which provides expertise in algorithmic optimization, security techniques and sophisticated communication technologies for leading international technology companies. Additionally, Ziv served as a research scientist in an elite research unit of the Intelligence Corps for the IDF, where he developed and applied solutions to problems in the fields of mathematics, algorithms and signal processing.

Oded Kedem is co-founder and chief technology officer for Zerto. His responsibilities include managing the company’s technology roadmap as well as delivering Zerto’s innovative, hypervisor-based business continuity and disaster recovery solutions. A seasoned storage industry veteran, Oded previously served as director of software development for EMC, where he managed the entire RecoverPoint (formerly Kashya) research and development organization. Prior to leadership roles at Kashya and EMC, Oded worked on algorithmic research at Expand Networks, specializing in networking and WAN optimization.

Gil Levonai is vice president of marketing and products for Zerto. He spearheads marketing and product management, supporting the corporate vision by leading the go-to-market strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in various technology management disciplines including marketing, product management, sales, business development and R&D, Gil most recently served as principal at Gil Levonai Strategic Marketing, a consulting firm specializing in high-tech marketing. He previously served as vice president of marketing and strategy at NextNine, a company providing service automation solutions to global enterprises.

Paul Allerhand is vice president of finance for Zerto. A seasoned finance leader with over 15 years of experience at major global corporations, Paul oversees the company’s financial management and drives its strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Zerto, Paul served as vice president of finance at Register.com where he played a key role in the sale of the company by private equity firm, Vector Capital to Web.com. He previously held the position of director of financial planning and analysis at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company. Earlier in his career, he held financial management roles at PepsiCo’s global headquarters and at GE Capital. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Yale University.

Paul Zeiter is Vice President of Global Sales at Zerto. He is a 25 year veteran of IT storage and software sales with extensive channel experience. Prior to joining Zerto, Paul was Vice President of Sales at EMC’s Infrastructure Software Group, where he led worldwide sales for RecoverPoint and storage virtualization software solutions for EMC and successfully drove his team to deliver 20x revenue growth in six years. He has a proven track record of building and leading high performing sales organizations that deliver consistent revenue growth. Paul came to EMC through the 2006 acquisition of Kashya, where he was VP of Worldwide Sales. Prior to Kashya, Paul was at Quantum where he held storage sales roles of increasing responsibility including leading Quantum’s channel sales in the Americas. Zeiter began his career in various sales and marketing roles in the industrial distribution channel giving him strong understanding of channel sales. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Business Economics.
