Zerto is Recognized as a 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions
The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice Distinction Is Based on Feedback and Ratings From End-User Professionals Who Have Experience Purchasing, Implementing and/or Using the Product or Service.
Boston, January 25, 2021 – Zerto, an industry leader in cloud data management and protection, is excited to share that they were named a Customers’ Choice in the December 2020 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions. Gartner defines the data center backup and recovery software market as being focused on providing backup capabilities for the upper-end midmarket and large-enterprise environments.
According to Gartner, “The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.” To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate. For this distinction, a vendor must have a minimum of 50+ published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.5 stars or higher. Zerto received 107 reviews and an overall 4.8 rating for the Zerto Platform over the last 12 months.
“We believe that being named a 2021 Customers’ Choice for Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions is a testament to the significant strides we’ve made in the backup and recovery space and represents the commitment we have to our customers to bring RPO down to seconds to eliminate data loss in any application,” said Gil Levonai, CMO and senior vice president of product, Zerto. “We continue to modernize backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud to keep up with the needs of our customers to deliver an always-on business, and are grateful for the feedback they share with us on Gartner Peer Insights.”
Zerto also received research recognition by receiving an Honorable Mention in the July 2020 Gartner “Magic Quadrant Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions.”
