    • Upgrading vCSA from 6.5 to 6.7U2 Undo

      Production environment, upgrading VMWare vCSA from 6.5 to 6.7U2. Will be working with VMWare and following the standard procedure for upgrading the vCSA. Wanted to double check my Zerto process. Should I stop the Zerto Virtual Manager service prior to starting the vCSA upgrade?

      Is there any recommendation from Zerto to upgrade ptotected site first and then upgrade the recovery site? We have a shared DR site running 6.0U4P1 which is paired to 3 other protected sites running 6.0U4P1 and 6.5U3P1, behind a ZCM. So, after upgrading ZCM to 6.5U4, can we upgrade the recovery site ZVM to 6.5U4?

      I updated our Zerto Virtual Manager from version 6.5 Update 3 Patch 1 to version 6.5 Update 4 today. The update completed without errors.       Hi, This is just a general question looking for some guidance. We will be upgrading the VM that hosts our ZCM from W2008 to W2016. We have a method to use for upgrading ZVM VMs, would this work for a ZCM? I attached the guide for review.

    • Syncs due to host maintenance

      Posting this case on behalf of Moti.G: VPGs started to Bitmap and Delta sync after patches were applied on hosts running the protected VMs which took hours to complete (especially the Delta sync) . Is this an expected behavior?
