    • Select multiple VPGs to select a checkpoint

During a test, I want to set a checkpoint for all 60 of my VPGs (this can be done), but when I go to do the Test failover I cannot select all of the VPGs and select the checkpoint I created. I have to do it one VPG at a time. Am I missing something?

    • Zerto and vCenter snapshots

Regarding VM snapshots, I read :  …”Zerto does not take VM Snapshots into account (a VMware delta VMDK file is not replicated to the DR site!). Therefore, we can go back in time thanks to the Zerto Journal, but we cannot revert to a snapshot, which is older than the Zerto Journal.”… I’m not 100% […]

When performing test failovers, VMs periodically fail to start. They boot into Windows Start-up repair with the option to Continue, Troubleshoot or Turn Off your PC. Clicking Continue results in Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you. Stop code: CRITICAL […]

We are using some custom attributes as well as tags in vCenter to document some details about our VMs.  Is there a way to keep the custom attributes when we fail over?  I’ve checked the Site Settings > Policies > Replication > “For incoming replication, copy the vSphere VM tags to the recovered VM.”  Is […]

    • Migration with ZCC on both source and target?

We have been using the ZCC component since it’s a really helpful component to segregate networks on multi-tenant environments. The architecture described in the documentation seems to only apply to a DRaaS scenario where a customer’s vmware environment (source) is paired to a multi-tenant provider (target). However, in a migration project, both sides (source and […]

    • Support for ESXi 8.0.1 with 9.7

I installed ESXi 8.0.1 in a new datacenter and VRA will not install.
