    • Zerto and Azure

Posting this post on behalf of Jason.A I have been reading through the Zerto Virtual Manager Azure Administration Guide and I see we can use Zerto to replicate from a protected site Azure to a recovery site vCenter, but was wondering if you can replicate from a protected site vCenter to a recovery site Azure? […]

    • MS SQL HA – Clustered

Dear Support, We have had a client who will be configuring 10 SQL server, 5 VM(s) within two cluster nodes on VMware. Is there any limitation from Zerto perspective (assuming not) or would do you possibly have best practice documentation for SQL HA setup as I can’t seem to find any KB within Zerto’s Knowledge […]

    • Question on vVol Supportability

I was looking through the Zerto Interoperability Matrix and noticed that vVols are not supported. Can you clarify what that means? Can’t replicate a VM that is on a vVol? Or, can’t use a vVol as a replication target? Both? Thank you!

    • Keep Source VMs and Reverse-Replicate

We plan to do a MOVE of a VPG from our Protected Site to our Recovery Site.  This is a PLANNED migration while both the Protected Site and Recovery Site are up & running.  However, we’d like to be able to: 1) Keep the source VMs on the Protected Site, 2) Initiate Reverse-Replication, AND 3) […]

<h3>Zerto version on source is 6.0u1 and customer has added 3 EXI hosts with 6.5 with build 10719125 version. VRA deployment is failing stating the version is not supported. Compatibility matrix does not show anything for 6.0 version. Please let me know if it is supported. Can we tweak the support version file in zerto?</h3>

    • Move esx hosts to different clusters

Posting on behalf of Pablo V. I have a new ESXi 6.7 environment and have Zerto 7.5 up and running. I’d like to create new clusters and move some hosts into new clusters. These hosts already have VRA’s installed and running – although I only have one test VPG at the moment. Does moving ESX […]

    • Zerto site subnet change

Hi, We might need to make a Zerto site subnet change which would affect the ZVMs and VRAs for a site that is currently replicating from. Could we pause the VPGs, delete the VRAs, re-IP the ZVM and then deploy the new VRAs? Would we be able to unpause the VPGs and continue with the […]

    • Zerto in a single VCSA

Could you give me some guidance on how to install Zerto in a singular 6.7 VCSA? I read the install docs and they appear written more for the old style vCenters. I understand the product and have used it with 5.5 vCenters.
