    • Wrost version ever

Upgrading to Version 10 (Container based) has been the most disappointing major update I’ve experienced in over 25 years. This version has significantly regressed Zerto’s stability and reliability, setting it back by a decade. After using Zerto since Version 5, we have now reached a point where we can no longer trust the product.

    • Protected site journal storage considerations

Hi. During a regular VPG life cycle, we need to make sure journal sizes are within the target site limits. Once we do real failover, does the journals are kept? Or is removed after we commit the failover?   Other question apply to the failback, does our protected site storage need to have enough space […]

    • VPG to  the local VC

Hi What are the procedure when replicating VPG to  the local VC ? If a VM fails for some reason, can we fail it over? Since it’s local VC , the “missing” production VM might cause issues during the failover.

    • ZVM high availabilty

Hi Once we are doing local protection, lets assume to other SAN,  what are the options to make the ZVM resiliance as well? In case the main SAN failure, the vcenter will continue to work since it has HA and will have secondary replica over the 2nd SAN. But what about the ZVM? I think […]

    • ZVM importance

Hi What are the best practices for HA for ZVM ? I was wondering, the vcenter 6.5 has HA, what about ZVM? it is mission critical component that must have sort of business continuity itself, doesn’t it?
