    • Query on Replication

Could you please confirm if the changes are constantly replicated to between Sites in real time? So if there was an issue with a server in one site, the replicated version in other site may have the same issues if we fail over?

    • journal checkpoint

In order to restore to a journal checkpoint, the vm must be restored at the DR site, to the checkpoint chosen. The current production vm at the source site would be unable to be rewound to a checkpoint, correct?

    • Filtering Alerts

I need to know if there is a way to configure only critical Alerts and alerts dealing with VPG’s not meeting SLA’s to be sent over email instead of every alert.

    • VRA Maintenance Mode – Evacuation of VPGs

When putting an ESXi host into maintenance mode and the VRAs shut down, should the VPGs hosted on that VRA be automatically migrated to another VRA on another host? I thought this was the case but this isn’t occurring. I can migrate manually of course if needed.

    • ZCM ZCC IP address already in use

We upgraded to Zerto 7.5u4 and now we are unable to deploy an ZORG’s ZCC  due to “Organization Network Address already in use” error.  We typically use the same IP for all our cloud customers’ ZCC.  They are isolated by private networks.  We did not have this issue in 7.0u4.

    • ZCC handling customers with similar IP ranges

Hi guys, As a service provider we are running into situations where customers have private IP addresses for their hosts that are overlapping addresses and routes with customers already replicating to our ZCC. I.E. 10.0.0.x, 172.16.0.x, etc. How are providers handling that problem? Obviously our infrastructure needs to understand that 10.0.0.99 from Customer A is […]

    • Problem with my current Zerto server

I have a problem with my current Zerto server and I need to create a new one. I have two VRAs running on my VMWare servers. Can I just install a new Zerto server and point it to the VRAs and all my VPGs will continue to be syncronized by this new Zerto server?

I’ve been tasked with protecting our Kubernetes implementation and am curious if there are any best practice documents available.  If so, please point me in the right direction as I was not able to locate anything by searching for Kubernetes or containers on MyZerto Support.  Thank you

    • Disk(or vmdk) detached on protected VM

Hi I detached a vmdk file on protected VM while doing Live failover and found that the vmdk file dropped together in the target VM and deleted itself. So I attached vmdk file again on protected VM manually and some process were progressed on ZVM so I thought it would be attached to the target […]
