    • Converging external PSC and vCenter appliance

Hello – We are getting ready to converge our external PSC’s with our vCenter appliances as recommended by Vmware.  Does anyone know of issues affecting Zerto with this?  Or anything that needs to be reconfigured?  We are running vcenter server appliance build 6.7.21000 and ZVR 6.0 Update 4 Patch 1.

    • Zver 6.0u4 and vCenter 6.7u2

Hello, I think we have to stay lock step with our DRaaS vendor for Zerto versions and 6.0U4 is the latest version we can move to for at least this year. That version is supposedly compatible with 6.7u1. Is there any chance we could do the supported_versions.txt file update to make it “compatible”. I’ve done […]

    • Upgrading VMware tools on Zerto VRA's

Submitted on behalf of – Eric v: Because of Skyline advisory we would like to upgrade our Zerto VRA’s to use the latest VMware tools version. We know the advice from Zerto about leaving the vra’s as it is, but this is not good enough for our policy. Is there any update regarding upgrading vmware […]

    • vSphere 6.5 U3 Compatibility 1 2

Hi. We just patched ESXi via Update Manager which has installed ESXi 6.5 U3 when we were previously on 6.5 U2. Now we’re getting an unsupported ESXi version. It appears that VMware must have released 6.5 U3 within the past week and there is no mention of it on Zerto’s compatibility matrix – not even […]

    • Zerto and vRealize Automation

Hello, Is Zerto compatible with vRealize Automation / is there anyone using it with vRA? Especially in the case of a failover/failback, will the VM be seen back in the end-user portal? My understanding is that you would have to force VRA to re-import the vSphere VM, I would say maybe using a post-failover script? […]

Posting this case on behalf of Masao.H, Hello Zerto support Tell me about the failover specifications I think that the command (import-instance, import-volume) is issued from ZCA at the time of failover, but the VMDK file is specified when issuing the command, but if the migration destination is AWS, the VMDK in S3 Is it […]
