    • User Logs into Azure ZVM

I have implemented ZVM in Azure, it goes well. Nevertheless, we note when logging into the web client, I can access even though the user has limited permissions on the domain controller. Does anyone know why this happens? Regards,

    • High RTO Recovering to Azure with Big Servers

Hello, We’re seeing some really high RTO values when running a failover test into Azure (and I assume a failover/move would see the same) with our larger servers.  I know I’ve experienced even smaller servers being slower to come up into Azure than vCenter so I expected a bit of a difference, but for a […]

    • Replicating Windows 2003 VMs to Azure

Hi, does anybody now if it is possible (not necessary supported) to replicate VMWare VMs with Windows 2003 (32bit and 64bit) to Azure? As long as Windows 2003 is no longer supported generally the support Matrix from Zerto is difficult to interpret 😉 **** Zerto Virtual Replication supports replication of any virtual machine whose operating […]

    • Change Series Size Failover/Move/Test on Existing

Is there anyway to change the existing targeted size in Failover/Move or Testing VM?  You can change the VPG, but it doesn’t change the individual VM’s.  When I go to the Advanced VM Settings, there’s no option to change the size.

    • Questions about Zerto naming conventions in Azure

Hello, I’m currently working on some Azure processes and want to confirm that a few parts of Zerto’s implementation of it are expected and not planned to change just to make sure what I’m working on doesn’t break with an upcoming update. 1) When running a failover or failover test, the VM and its NIC […]

    • Using an Azure Template to create site to site VPN

Just re-did my whole Azure VPN and DR Blob. I used the latest VPN ‘template’ that somebody created on Azure and it worked like a charm. From creating the VPN to installing the VM at Azure and re-doing the whole deal on my end took about 4 hours. But, that was fast!   I had […]

    • DNS best practices for Failover to Azure

I’m pretty familiar with how DNS works, but everytime I fail over my DNS servers to azure something weird happens and my vra’s and host loose connection to everything. It makes sense if Im failing over  all DNS servers to azure . I have configured the IP addresses when it fails over to azure as […]
