When I attempt to login using my own credentials as I have done before, I receive this message: The credentials to access the hypervisor management tool are no longer valid and Zerto Virtual Manager must be updated with the new credentials.
I inherited this system from someone who has left the company so my knowledge is limited. Can someone shed light? We’re using VMware and nothing has changed with regard to the VSphere user that is used to connect Zerto to VSphere.
Solution: Had to reapply the Zerto Admin user password in vCenter then run through the Reconfigure Zerto Virtual Manager wizard. Not sure why but that seemed to have fixed it.
