    • ZCM ZCC IP address already in use

      We upgraded to Zerto 7.5u4 and now we are unable to deploy an ZORG’s ZCC  due to “Organization Network Address already in use” error.  We typically use the same IP for all our cloud customers’ ZCC.  They are isolated by private networks.  We did not have this issue in 7.0u4.

      Hi guys, As a service provider we are running into situations where customers have private IP addresses for their hosts that are overlapping addresses and routes with customers already replicating to our ZCC.       A scenario where hosts in site A must be protected to sight B (DR site) and site C (protection site).  However, site C is not ready. Is it possible to add site C to the running VPG using 0n-t0-many option later when site C is ready?

    • ZCC to ZCC – Connectivity

      Hello, We are running Zerto 7.5 Update 3 and I need to know if there is a way to connect two ZCCs together at different sites. We are migrating customers to our cloud. Is there a patch or something that can allow this or the latest version of Zerto? Thanks, Chris Childerhose (ThinkOn)

    • Need to update our Zerto

      We are on Zerto version 5.5 update 3. We are running vsphere 6.5 and want to update zerto to work with 7.0 in the coming months. what is the best route to update from this far back, do we need to step up 1 at a time?

    • ZVM reinstall (corrupt OS)

      My recovery site ZVM server’s OS has corruption and needs to be rebuilt. Will I need to reinstall all of the VRAs in that site or if I bring the new server online, install Zerto and give it the same name/IP as the old server, will it pick up the existing VRAs?
