I did contact support about this and we did some configuration planning and it turns out that this particular server needs at least 40MB’s between the sites to allow the sync, just this server alone, not to mention all the others we have. Correct, I copied the VM to the remote location, loaded up the vmdk and pointed the disk to the pre-seeded volume. The initial sync will never complete, it just keeps going and going, sometimes will go to around 33% and then just starts over again and never completes.
