Zerto Restore – VM/VPG option not available

    When I hit the restore button, the only option is for a file, the VM/VPG and Search and Restore options are greyed out.

    Any thoughts?

    (Zerto Version 8.5 Update 1 – non-enterprise version)

    Hi Dean

    do you have LTR setup ?

    this VM and VPG restore is only available when LTR is enabled

    File Level recovery can comes from the journal and that is why you see this option.
