Is there anyway to setup a SPECIFIC email address to send alerts to? I don’t want all the alerts to go to my email address. I’m just the architect for our DRaaS. I have a support staff that should be these alerts. A specific email address I can enter would then pipe that to our ticket queue.
Do I really have to create a new support account?
