ZCM/ZVM – upgrade the VM to a new server

I am currently running ZCM and ZVM 6.5 Update 4 on Windows Server 2008 R2. I need to migrate the application, configuration, and data to two new 2016 servers. What are the steps required to do this?

Thank you for that information, Contara. Is a hostname and/or IP address change supported during the migration of both ZCM and ZVM?
