VRA upgrade 6.0 to 6.5

    We are planning to upgrade our Zerto Infra from 6.0 U1 Build 060103307. May I know until which 6.5 version that we can go to? Let us know where to download the supported 6.5 version.
    We will go ahead and perform automated upgrade for VRA as well.
    Before the upgrade, we will perform backup for the ZVM so that we can roll back just in case there is an issue. But for the VRA, does this mean that we have to delete and redeploy the VRA if there is an issue?

    Please note you can upgrade to the latest update&built of major version 6.5, which is 6.5U4P1:

    Regarding your specific plan, this is our official recommendation:
    “Create a backup of the machine where the Zerto Virtual Manager runs, which you will use if the
    upgrade fails. Zerto recommends taking a snapshot of the machine after stopping the Zerto Virtual
    Manager service”

    There is no recommendation to backup the VRA before running an upgrade.
