VRA install error on esxi 6.7, 10302608

    I tested Zerto 6.5 and 6.0U3.

    stop VRA install pregress 5%.

    event: VRA installation IP=xx.xx.xx.xx. Failed: session operation has timed out.

    another esxi 6.7 GA verstion is normal

    We do not support ESXi 6.7 U1 yet.  We will provide an update to ZVR 6.0 and ZVR 6.5 in November which will support ESXi 6.7 U1.

    I believe I have the latest version: ZVR 6.5 Update 1 Build 065104196 – Still same problem with ESXi 6.7 Update 1 (10302608).

    I received the following email from Zerto on 11/05:

    “Dear Caleb,

    ZVR 6.5_U1 & ZVR 6.0_U4 is now available for download from the myZerto Portal. Please refer to the corresponding Release Notes for detailed information on included fixes and improvements.

    New Features:

    vSphere 6.7 U1 support”

    I have the latest download obtainable from Zerto.

    Hi Caleb

    sorry it isn’t working on ZVR 6.5 U1.  Can you open a case with support so we can determine why it isn’t working for you?
