VPG Creation – Syncing (0%) from couple hrs

    Hi,

    I created a new VPG, added a VM to it and completed the configuration.

    The VPG is at Initializing screen and is shows ‘Syncing as (0%)’ from couple hours. The syncing percentage has to change but due to some reasons the percentage is not moving.

    What needs to be done to fix the issue?

    Also, i tried doing force sync but still same issue.

    No sync at all generally indicates one of a few potential issues:

    • No network connectivity between sites
    • Blocked/firewalled network connectivity between sites
    • Source VM powered off

    I recommend opening a case with our Support team to investigate further if none of these situations is true.
