VMware VC Version 6.7 U2 zerto support

Hi Team

We are planing our VCenter upgrade from Current Version 6.5.0 to Version 6.7 U2
and we are using Zerto version 6.0 Patch 2 Build

please suggest if this upgrade will be supported by Zerto or not.

Thank you for contacting Zerto Support.

Unfortunately, this upgrade is not supported by your current Zerto version.

You would need to upgrade your Zerto environment to one of the following versions: 6.5u4,7.0u1,7.0u2,7.5

please suggest zerto upgrade path , I mean do we have a direct upgrade from 6.0 to 6.5u4,7.0u1,7.0u2,7.5 or it will be a fresh installation.

Hello Ajay,

You can upgrade from 6.0 to 6.5u4 to 7.0u2 to 7.5 as an exmaple.

You can find all the upgrade downloads over at MyZerto.
Make sure to upgrade all paired sites while keeping 1 major upgrade apart at a time.

Pretty easy examples:

OK:
1. 6.0 and 6.5
2.6.5 and 7.5
Not OK:
1.6.0 and 7.0
2.6.5 and 7.5
