I am trying to upgrade from version 3.5 to 4.0. The instructions say I need to run the Zerto virtual replication installer. Where can I find that? After some looking around I think that it is a download that can be found in the support portal. I tired my myZerto account for that area, but it wouldn’t take my login. I looked around for a registration option for the support portal but I could not find it. I want to open a case, but opening tickets is behind the support portal for which I can’t register for.
I’m stuck and need help.
