After I see “Security and Hardening with Zerto” document, I want to access the VRA to manage the ports of the VRA.
I tried to log in using root with authentication key in putty by referring to KB1594. But it failed with the message below.
login as: root Authenticating with public key “imported-key” Unable to load private key (createkey failed)
Can someone tell me how to solve this?
Hi, were you able to solve this? I’m experiencing the same issue.
Nevermind… found that using the PuTTY that shiped with my Zerto install worked (as per https://www.zerto.com/myzerto/forums/topic/how-can-i-access-ssh-to-vra/).

Please use the putty from the Zerto folder and not the third party Putty tool.
