Can any provide details on whether Azure Stack HCI is a supported platform? If not is there a roadmap? Looking for a solution to migrate virtual machines from VMWare vSphere to Azure Stack HCI. Thanks
No support for Azure Stack HCI and no roadmap has been shared. However its interesting to see that the Zerto Hyper-V EOL statement has been changed to say the current version will be supported until the next release + 6 months, rather than having no plans for a future release for Microsoft platforms.
My company is also in your position and has opted to start with Hyper-V as our target platform to keep our Zerto investment while waiting for feedback from the product team about their longterm plans. Remember even until 1 month ago SCVMM wasn’t going to support HCI 23H2 and this was the obvious death of Zerto on the platform so it feels like a lot of things are moving in the short term.
