Retaining LTR data

    We are retiring old file servers and would like to keep the LTR data for CYA. If I remove the VM from the VPG does that also remove the LTR data? I want to be sure.

    Hi Rodney,

    Removing the VM from the VPG will not remove the LTR data – the short term journal for that VM will be lost however the LTR data will be kept in line with its Retention policy
