Question in regards to site bandwidth throttling

    Just a question in regards to bandwidth throttling – we have set a site bandwidth limit set as 400MB/sec which is 3.2Gb. When watching the bandwidth from a solarwinds monitoring point of view, we see the link hit close to 10Gb.
    If I set the site bandwidth throttling to 400MB/sec I believe this is maximum bandwidth for this site, and not per VRA ?
