operations from live failover to commit

    Is it possible to perform the following three operations from live failover to commit?

    1. Power on / off the recovery VM using vCenter
    2.IOPS limit setting of recovery VM using vCenter
    3. Upgrade VMwareTool of recovery VM using vCenter

    Power on and off the VM using vCenter is not a problem at all.

    I recommend not doing 2 and 3 in before commit state, as it might cause problems during the promotion.
    You always can do that after the commit.
