In the Zerto Analytics RPO report we have zero RPO breaches with a max RPO of about 1 hour (we have a 2 hour SLA). However the report shows that Non available time is 13+ hours. Can someone please explain what is meant by this number and why it could be so high?

It’s quite a confusing metric as one usually would think “Non Available” means recovery is unavailable, however during the entire period of a date range, my RPO meets SLA 100% of the time and I have zero seconds of Non-recoverable time.
