Local account

    Hello,

    I have an environment that has been setup with a domain account and I wanted to created a local account on ZVM to able to login to GUI/use for API access for monitoring purposes. I know the local account would need VC access to login to ZVM GUI but the question is does it need admin rights or read is enough?
