There doesn’t seem to be much documentation available on the new Licensing Server. I see it mentioned in the Release Notes, and there is a download for the appliance. There is a mention that you can put it on a Windows server as well. Do we have to introduce a new Windows server to the environment, or can it be installed on an existing Zerto Management Server?
I second that … I see nothing mentioned in 9.0 enterprise docs about a change in architecture, firewall ports that need to be open and how it communicates with the rest of the solution.
I do applaud it being an appliance and look forward to the ZVM being an appliance soon as well, so we can get away from having to maintain another Windows OS in the infrastructure.
