Getting ZVM009 after upgrade to version 8.5

    Hello,

    After a successful upgrade to the latest available version (8.5 U1), we are seeing this alert:

    ZVM0009 – ZVM internal assert alert.

    Nothing looks out of the ordinary, any suggestions to try to troubleshoot or clear this?

    Hi Carlos,

    This is Kalsang from Zerto.

    ZVM internal assert alert is caused by when there’s an internal problem in Zerto Virtual Manager. It could be site disconnections or VPG error state etc

    As long as you don’t find anything abnormal in the ZVM. You could just acknowledge the alerts and you should be all set.

    It’s very generic or unhelpful alerts.
