Hello, I’m getting this error when trying to install Zerto Cloud Appliance:
failed validating AWS access keys. Got exception: Failed to updating AWS settings.
The AWS IAM user I’m using is an administrator, it has full access to the account.

I found the installation log files, they are attached, looks like the installer is trying to connect to AWS on Ireland, that’s weird, I’m using Oregon as default zone.
I’d like to get this over to our Support team. Can you open a case there to get it tracked and proactive attention?
