Error when choosing Restore from Actions menu.

I received and error message saying “You do not have the correct set of permissions for this task” when I attempt to restore an entire vm. Is this a licensing issue. I can recover files and folders, not vm’s. I do not have a vm I need to restore at this point. I am working on updating our DR documentation and wanted to include steps with screenshots.

In case a customer does not have a repository set up he will encounter that error:
You do not have the correct set of permissions for this task
