i cant download report for failover i have chosen ‘recovery reports’ and exports to pdf and zip, but pdf or zip did not appear in my downloads tab can anyone help me?
Hi, we have the same issue at the moment. We are running Zerto 5.5 update 4 patch 2 on a Windows 2012 R2 server.
Which version of Zerto do you use?
In Firefox (F12 + Console) we see the following error while generating the PDF report:
content: “message : Error: ReferenceError: saveAs is not defined,\n cause : undefined”
