Hi! We need to upgrade our Zerto 6.5 installation to 7.5. It’s running on VMware, and have a lot of Ms SQL Servers running. Do we need to install the VSS Agent on all server running MSSQL to get consistency in our databases? So far we haven’t used the VSS agent, and have not experienced any issues with consistency.
The last time I did a live failover I was running 7.0U2P2 and did NOT get transactional consistency. After DBCC checks and attempts at repairs, I had to restore 1/3 of my databases from backups.
