      Always getting this error “Zerto AWS Snapshot Manager is not reachable (Cannot obtain Ip). Please verify the AWS Snapshot Manager is powered on and reachable.” when building vpg I don’t know where the setting is wrong.

      I use Azure/On-premise VMware DR to AWS, both VMs use UEFI boot (Azure Gen2 AMI), Zerto (version 9.0 Update 3) shows “The UEFI VMs below cannot be recovered to the selected VM series type. In the Advanced VM Settings menu select a valid recovery instance.” Is this a misconfiguration?

      We are running Zerto 9 and have an AWS S3 repo configured. It’s now showing disconnected… How do I get it back to Connected? I tried a restart of the zvm – no luck. All of my LTR jobs are failing. TIA

    • c5.xxxxxx instance types not available

      Setting up DR with Zerto 7.0 from Hyper-V to AWS, my customer wants an instance of c5.large and there are no c5.xxxxxx instances available, the closest being c4.large. This seems to be the same with m5.xxxxxx type instances as well where the closest is m4.xxxxxx.

    • Mapping vCPU/RAM sizing during failover ?

      Hi, In case I have source VMs with sizes not matching the EC2 instance sizes. Can I map them to desired size in an automated fashion during failover or it is a manual process or scripts? Moreover for failback I would do a manual process to restore to original sizing ? Thanks
