Sneak Peek into Zerto Virtual Replication 4.0
By Shannon Snowden, Zerto’s Sr. Technical Marketing Architect
In the upcoming release of Zerto Virtual Replication 4.0, we have two new components to help make the Zerto Cloud vision a reality: A new user interface (UI) and replication to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This post discusses the new UI and in a second post, we’ll discuss protection to AWS.
A New Face
We are happy to announce the addition of a whole new UI. It is HTML5 based and reflects years of feedback from thousands of users protecting tens of thousands of virtual machines. HTML5 streamlines the requirements to manage Disaster Recovery and workload mobility events from any device, including your iPad.
The home screen is a complete dashboard, showing the status of the things you want to know about your protected machines, all in one place. This includes events, tasks, protection status and WAN usage. The tabs make navigation easy and intuitive.

That isn’t by accident, it is exactly what we’ve focused upon making happen.
In the next blog post, we will discuss the upcoming support for protection to AWS.
