Gijsbert Janssen van Doorn is the Director of Technical Marketing at Zerto with a focus on helping customers understand and adopt IT resilience. Before taking on the role as Director of Technical Marketing he spent 5 years working in the field as a Technology evangelist and a Systems Engineer. Prior to Zerto, Gijsbert was a Sales Engineer at Nexenta Systems supporting the sales of Software Defined Storage. Gijsbert has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and has been involved in designing and implementing large IT infrastructures at both enterprises and large managed service providers.
Daniel Hereford
Executive Vice President, CIO | SmartBank
Daniel Hereford is the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at SmartBank. Hereford graduated from The University of New Orleans in 2002. He holds several technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional and CCENT, CCNA Route/Switch, CCNA Security. Hereford has more than 20 years of experience in successfully creating complex and effective IT infrastructures, business solutions, and strong cybersecurity frameworks. He is responsible for providing leadership to the IT team to ensure high quality client service and seamless collaboration both internally and with external partners.
