Cause:
VbaInstanceStorageObject within the ZVM database is pointing to the ZVM VM IP address and should be updated to 127.0.0.1. This was fixed in 4.5u3 however this field may not have been updated if the customer upgraded to 4.5u3 and they didn't just do a clean install. A clean install of the ZVM should populate the field correctly.

Solution:

**Important ** Check the alert within the Zerto ZVM GUI. The alert has a 'Site Name' column. Ensure you edit the Database on the proper site.**
You can also use the logs as seen above to determine the Site Name. In the above example: site=d8990df9-d748-4b47-8a31-a9682f357b7b. This site should line up using the name translator or HTML to determine the site name.

Log into the ZVM VM for the correct site as outlined above.
Stop the ZVM and Backup service on the problematic ZVM.
Make a copy of thezvm.sdf file.
Edit the name of the original
zvm.sdf file to zvm.sdf.bak.
Open the
zvm.sdf - copy using compact view or equivalent.
Locate the VbaInstanceStorageObject table.
Edit the IpAddress entry (there should be only one entry) to 127.0.0.1.
