ESXi host xxxx has a hardware failure

Root Cause
Since the host has a failure, the installed VRA VM is either is a power-off state or not inaccessible
Symptoms
There is an ESXi host that has failed or not functional and now the vpgs are now failing
Solution
1 - Export the VPG settings
2 - From Vcenter, remove the host from inventory
3 - Edit the exported setting, change the moref ID for the old host to a known working one
4 - Import the VPG setting
5 - if any, review the error message by highlighting the VPG and pressing F1
6 - if the VPG that is being imported not in an error state, select it and allow the VPG to syncing
