Error: “The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state” when Collecting Logs via Diagnostic Utility

When administrators collect logs via Zerto's Diagnostic Utility, an error regarding a communication issue over port 9080 is causing the log collection to fail.
This error is seen normally when a file is missing/corrupt in the Zerto installation directory.
In the Zerto Diagnostics Utility, when attempting to collect logs, the following error message is seen:
Zerto Diagnostic Uttility log Communication problem to ZVM localhost:9080 ("The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.
To workaround this issue, follow the steps below:
Run the Zerto Virtual Replication Installer.
The installation window banner will state "Repair The Zerto Software Installation". Ensure to follow the prompts to repair the installation successfully.
Once the repair is completed, attempt to grab logs again.
