How to Enable Self-Replication in Zerto

Viewed 332 times

Summary

An administrator may wish to replicate VMs within the same VCenter server. Since only one ZVM can monitor and work with a VCenter server, creating a second ZVM under the same VCenter server is not possible. This means the administrator will need to enable Self-Replication.

Steps

To enable replication to the same vCenter Server, follow the below steps:

1. In the Zerto User Interface, click the Settings button (three horizontal bars in the top right corner of the header).

5.Click Save.

At this point, you should be able to Create a VPG for Self-Replication.
