There is a vCenter database table that disables those options. Zerto support has a utility you can run that will re-enable those options and then allow you to delete them.
Functionally, it does not appear to work. Similar to other unsupported versions, it just defaults to seeing the hosts as their MoRef ID and shows ESXi version 4.0. Is there any type of workaround for non-production environments for testing?
We utilize Auto Deploy with Zerto without issue. Because the “z-driver” isn’t a .vib, you can’t include it in your custom Auto Deploy packagebut whenever the host is rebooted, Zerto will reinstall the z-driver.
