    • Changing a disk to Temp Data

Does anyone know if changing a disk to Temp Data causes Zerto to start replication over for the entire server?  I have a 50+ TB server that is still doing the initial sync for almost a month  (this is on a 10Gb LAN).  We believe it is never catching up because two of the LUNS […]

    • 54 VOTED Automatic migration of target hosts

Hello Zerto Engineering This feature request has been upvoted 54 times. Has this or will this be addressed in a future release? We’re on 5.5 and it continues to be a source of pain in a large infrastructure where we have to put hosts in MM for a day or more.

    • Can Zerto exclude disks for replication?

I am trying to figure out if Zerto can completely ignore certain disks on a protected VM.  We have database backup dump devices that we do not want to replicate.  I realize there is a temp flag that can be set that will not replicate changes after initial sync but from the documentation I have […]

    • vCenter Version Question

Is there an issue with temporarily running Zerto with different vCenter versions?  This would only be done for few weeks as we upgrade the environment.

    • Zerto for IBM Cloud

Hi everybody, I am looking for more information regarding the implementation of Zerto for IBM Cloud, because I have not found any technical document that mentions the guidelines, installation, or quickstarts. I understand that it is quite based on the implementation of Zerto for VMware but I am not clear about what I could need […]

    • Using the REST API to gather event data

Hi, can anyone point me towards more resources on using the REST API in Zerto for event collection? Has anyone written anything to suck this stuff out and generate alerts. Are there any 3rd party tools which will plug into this API for alerting/monitoring.     Any pointers welcome. Adam.

    • Powered Off VMs and alerts

So recently we had to migrate some VMs to a different Host in vCenter. Afterwards I received a couple of alerts for VMs that had been powered off. Does Zerto monitor and alert for powered off VMs or only those that have been deleted? Part 2. If a VM is powered off then it can […]

One of my hosts in the DR datacenter is offline and wont be back up for a while.  My VPG is in an error state because of it.  All I need to do is change the Recovery host on a couple VMs, but I can’t edit the VPG. How do I get past this ? […]

    • Can't edit VPG.

So I edited a VPG to remove one vm and add another.  That worked great.  But now the edit and delete option are grayed out.  VPG is caught up.. in green  but again all grayed out.  I checked from both sites. Zerto Version 6..  Vmware.
