The health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers, and partners around the globe is Zerto’s primary focus as we all face the challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19) global outbreak. As the virus continues to spread, there is understandably a lot of worry for everyone’s well-being across the globe.
Zerto continues to closely monitor and adhere to the rapidly changing guidelines being released by global and local health and governmental authorities, such as the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization, to help minimize the potential risk to Zerto’s customers, partners, and the heart of our company – our employees. Zerto leadership is considering all guidelines and information and continues to take timely and bold decisions to protect our employees and avoid any impact on our customers and partners. Zerto has implemented a global work from home policy for all our employees, while ensuring that they have the proper and secure access to all the systems as they work remotely; and effective as of March 17th, we will be closing our physical offices worldwide. This will not have an impact on our services to our customers.
We at Zerto have a strong commitment to the uninterrupted IT Resilience and Business Continuity of our customers worldwide. As such, we would like to share with you a few of the steps we have taken to increase our readiness to weather the current situation:
To date, COVID-19 has had no direct impact on Zerto business. Zerto Leadership is committed to continue to update its policies to withstand any further developments that may unfold.
We are here to help and encourage you to reach out to us with any questions. We will of course continue to issue updates as the need arises.
