Zerto Fills Key Sales and Support Roles to Execute on Corporate Strategy

New Americas Sales VP and Global Technical Support Director Bolster Company’s Growth Plans and Customer Success

BOSTON – April 4, 2017 – Zerto, an award winning provider of cloud IT resilience solutions, today announced the appointment of two key roles at its Boston headquarters. Coley Burke is Zerto’s new vice president of sales, Americas, while Steve Lobisser has joined the company as global director, technical support. Both joining Zerto from Dell EMC, Burke and Lobisser add deep enterprise technology and business development experience to aid the company’s aggressive growth strategy that is driving noteworthy gains in healthcare, financial services, government, education, and retail verticals.

Burke, who is leading Zerto’s Americas sales efforts, will focus on growing existing and new customer account penetration within the region as the company continues its consistent, strong business growth. Prior to joining Zerto, he spent more than ten years in key sales and business development roles at Dell EMC, most recently serving as one of the company’s senior directors responsible for primary storage within the former Core Technologies Division. Burke previously held director of global sales positions for a number of their product divisions, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for some of the company’s most important storage and data protection solutions.

Lobisser is tasked with leading Zerto’s worldwide support team to ensure it can accommodate the company’s continued growth. He is also helping the sales team expand its global business opportunities, with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Lobisser spent nearly twenty years in key support and technical operations positions at Dell EMC, including his most recent role as global director of remote proactive support where he was part of the team that revamped the support organization to win a coveted TSIA Star Award.
